Film & Discussion: Testimonials from the Uterus

What is the current situation in Germany when it comes to health rights? On International Migrants Day, Women in Exile, the IPPNW and the Rosa-Luxemburg-Foundation cordially invite you to discuss this question with focus on refugee women’s access to healthcare.

In the film three refugee women give testimonies regarding different experiences they have had around their health issues and how the health care system treats them as asylum seekers. Also professionals supporting refugees share the reflections of what it means to be a non-citizen when trying to access the German health care system.
