Staff and professors cook for international students between Christmas and New Year's Day

From 2 p.m. on Friday, 25 December, hot meals will be available free of charge for BTU students at the entrance to the Quasimono. They can be collected there. The initiative starts with a limited number of portions, but the more students make use of it, the more meals will be prepared.

This offer is intended for all students who are currently in Cottbus and especially for those in financial difficulties. To avoid waste, it would be desirable to bring your own plates or bowls.

The meals will be a mix of German and international cuisine, starting with paella (with chicken) on 25 December and cabbage soup (vegetarian) on 26 December, kale with chicken on 27 December 2020. The meals will not contain pork. Even though the menu is not quite complete yet, we wish all interested students a good appetite already now!

As cooks and sponsors, we are supported with great commitment by: Claudia Eckert, Robert Amat Kreft, Dr. Britta Rudolff, Professor Heinz Nagler, Professor Gesine Grande, Professor Michael Schmidt. Many thanks for this!
