"First try, then study" is the motto for numerous schoolgirls in the tenth to twelfth grades and other prospective students at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) at the beginning of July 2024. While the highly sought-after trial course is largely fully booked, there are still places available in some areas.

The registration portal remains open.Last-minute prospective students still have the opportunity to register until June 30 at the following Internet address:

Participants in the free trial course can find out more about the content of the individual study programmes, future career fields and opportunities, study conditions at BTU, admission requirements and enrolment deadlines. In addition to some "real" lectures, the trial course offers special lectures for pupils, excursions, discussions with students and professors - in other words, an "all-round study program" that helps students decide on the most suitable course of study. Culture and sightseeing are not neglected during the evening exploration of the city.
