Networking and jobs at the campus-X-change 2025

Career opportunities after graduation, internships and the co-op programme are just some of the topics at the largest job fair for academic professionals in the state of Brandenburg. Students, graduates and pupils are cordially invited to this year's campus-X-change recruiting fair: Wednesday, 12 November 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the BTU main campus in Cottbus.

Traditionally, over 80 companies and organisations use the campus-X-change recruitment fair at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) to meet young people interested in a job or internship. Academic specialists from all disciplines are urgently needed. In addition, the fair offers an excellent opportunity for all interested parties to find out about job profiles and prospects in business, administration and research. Visitors can find numerous job offers on the campus-X-change job wall. All interested parties are cordially invited. Admission is free.

In the sports hall and in the foyer of the Central Lecture Hall Building (ZHG), exhibition stands from companies from almost all sectors will be set up. Interested parties can arrange appointments with employers in advance via a matching platform or visit the exhibition stands spontaneously. In addition to individual prospects for their professional future, the companies will be offering numerous internships and working student positions as well as opportunities for graduates.

The fair will be opened by BTU President Prof. Dr Gesine Grande, followed by a tour of the fair with representatives of the university management.
