Dear colleagues and students,

We hereby invite you to the second event of the lecture series 2025/26 of the Institute of History of Art and Architecture "What do we stand for?". The lecturer is the Berlin photographer Maximilian Meisse, who describes his work as follows: "The task and meaning of photography are determined by three different levels of image-making: From a documentary, a pictorial and a design level. Their application influences the quality of the photographic image."
