Online Workshop - Stress Management in Studies (two parts)

This workshop helps you to identify sources of stress and to allocate your energy and time appropriately during your studies.

In addition to teaching you helpful tools for regulating emotions (e.g. fear or anger), we will try out relaxation techniques in small exercises that help us to concentrate. The workshop will be held in German. Since the training session is designed to be practical and interactive, your active participation in discussions, reflections and exercises is desired. If you would like to participate in this workshop, please send an email until 09.08.2020. Make sure in advance that your participation is possible on both dates.
