Alternative aviation engines are the theme of Aero 2022

Scientists at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg are conducting research on hybrid-electric and electric systems in the fields of aviation, rail, road and off-road. From April 27 to 30, 2022, they will present their research at the international trade fair for general aviation (AERO).

innofab_ ideas contest awards visions

With the innofab_ ideas contest, BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and TH Wildau are making a contribution to further promoting the start-up culture in the state of Brandenburg. The competition is intended to encourage members and alumni of both universities to present the potential of their ideas on a new level. As from now, they can submit their ideas.

The BMBF is funding the Digital Repair Factory with a total of 10.3 million euros

In the WIR! Alliance Digital Repair Factory, scientists from BTU are researching digital solutions in maintenance, servicing and repair together with 40 partners in seven joint projects. The goal is to network and profile the project region across industries and to actively shape structural change on the basis of technological, business and social innovations.
