Project management intensive course (vrl.) Hybrid event

Due to increased cost and deadline pressure, many private-sector projects, but also more and more public-sector projects, are being carried out as projects. It is therefore all the more important to plan projects well, to learn the techniques of project management in advance and to acquire the necessary organizational and communication skills.

In this course, participants receive a solid methodological knowledge base including an exemplary application of the project management software "Microsoft Project®".
Exemplary project contents of the participants can be taken up and solution approaches can be shown on the basis of small practical exercises. Participants are welcome to bring along their own current or future project.

Target group

(Future) Project Managers and Staff Members in Project Teams. Prior knowledge of project work is required.

5 days, each from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. followed by one hour of workshop time to work on and discuss your own project and group project work (optional)

Grade: The qualification includes vrl. Classroom and online seminar time. However, (online) presence is required over the entire period indicated. The detailed schedule will be announced in due time.

Conclusion and costs

COMPLETION

A university certificate of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg will be handed out after successful completion of the certificate of achievement; if the certificate of achievement is not completed, a confirmation of participation will be issued.

The participation fee for the intensive course is 650,00 € net*, including access to our learning platform Moodle and all seminar materials.
