‘In 2007, I founded the startup mymuesli.com together with Hubertus Bessau and Phip Kraiss, which applied the concept of mass customisation to muesli.

I left mymuesli in 2019 because I wanted to focus on new things again; because the beginning, getting started or the chipboard, that's what excites me most about start-ups.

From 2020 to 2022, I was co-founder of Jokolade - a start-up that, in partnership with Tony's Open Chain, has set itself the goal of making slave-free chocolate the norm.

And now I have the opportunity to focus on my own projects, such as lectures or a marketing book, and take my time to think about what comes next.’
