Workshop Series on Data Science in R in the Winter Semester 2025/2026

Are you eager to enhance your skills in data science and programming? If so, we invite you to join our workshop series. This is a unique opportunity to not only learn but also to develop your own projects, fostering personal growth and skill development.

In the winter semester, GRS is offering a series of practical data science workshops using R. These workshops, designed for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from various disciplines, cover topics such as an introduction to data science with R, regression analysis and machine learning, and data science project development. You will receive support from experienced trainers from eoda GmbH, a company with several years' experience working with companies and universities in the field of data science.

GRS offers the following workshops:

  • Introduction to Data Science in R (30 September and 1 October)
  • Deep Dive: Regression Analysis in R (22 October 2025)
  • Introduction to Machine Learning in R (27 October 2025)
  • Deep Dive: Machine Learning in R (5 November 2025)
  • Data Science Research Lab (8–9 December 2025).
