2024–2026: Feasibility study “FetalCellHealth Lausitz: Intergenerational transmission of health inequalities through stress during pregnancy” in cooperation with Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Medical University of Lusatia (MUL-CT).
2023–2032: “Lausitz Centre for Digital Public Health”, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in cooperation with the Centre for Artificial Intelligence in Public Health Research (ZKI-PH) at the Robert Koch Institute in Wildau and the Leibniz ScienceCampus Digital Public Health at the Leibniz Institute for Prevention Research and Epidemiology and the University of Bremen.
2020–2021: “Serological and epidemiological survey of antibodies among hospital Staff Members during the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in Brandenburg”. Research project in cooperation with Klinikum Niederlausitz GmbH and the Institute of Microbiology and Virology at Brandenburg Medical School.
2019–2022: “Family and health inequalities among children and adolescents”. Research project within the framework of the DFG Research Group "Institutional Contexts, Health and Health Inequalities among Young People" (DFG FOR 2723), in cooperation with Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, Heidelberg University, the Robert Koch Institute Berlin and the university of technology in Munich.
2019–2020: “Living with Cancer – Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle: An eHealth Concept”. Research project in cooperation with Dr Stölzel and Ms Glausch (University Cancer Centre Dresden), funded by German Cancer Aid.
2017–2019: “How do you decide? Informed decision-making regarding the mammography screening programme (InEMa 2.0) – information and participation behaviour in a longitudinal study”. Research project in collaboration with Dr Eva-Maria Berens and Prof. Dr Petra Kolip (University of Bielefeld).
2017–2018: “Healthcare in the State of Brandenburg today and tomorrow”. Sub-project within the joint project “Digital and analogue companions for an ageing population (digilog)” as part of the Brandenburg Health Campus.
2017–2018: “Retrospective cohort study to identify age-related changes in blood counts”. Sub-project within the collaborative project “Consequences of age-related cell and organ functions” as part of the Brandenburg Health Campus.
2015–2019: “Intergenerational transmission of health inequalities among people with a Turkish migration background in Germany: do stress and stress biology play a role? (BaBi-Stress, BaBeK study)”. DFG project in cooperation with Prof. S. Entringer (Charité Berlin).
2015–2016: “Feasibility study on establishing a birth cohort and investigating genetic predisposition in childhood leukaemia – improving willingness to participate”. Commissioned by the Federal Office for Radiation Protection in cooperation with Prof. Dr Zeeb (Leibniz Institute for Epidemiology and Prevention Research, BIPS, Bremen).
2012–2018: “The production of health inequalities in Germany’s population: disentangling the effects of individual and contextual factors in infancy among the offspring of immigrants (BaBi Study)”. BMBF Junior Research Group in collaboration with Prof. O. Razum (University of Bielefeld).
