Build your impact business model
How can your start-up create meaningful impact whilst remaining economically viable? In this interactive workshop, you will learn practical tools such as the Impact Staircase and Impact Canvas to develop and structure your impact-driven business model.
You will work hands-on with your own idea and explore how activities translate into outcomes and long-term societal impact.
The workshop is open to students, researchers and aspiring founders. Attendance is compulsory for EXIST Women 2026 participants.

Dr Charleen von Kolpinski is Programme Lead of the Impact Incubator at Potsdam Transfer. She develops support programmes for early-stage impact start-ups and supports academic spin-offs in building sustainable business models. She is also committed to driving the transition towards a regenerative society.
