Founding at the University Journey from the idea to autonomy

The start-up service is the first point of contact for knowledge- and technology-based spin-offs and successful start-ups. We support start-ups from the three groups (students, academic staff and alumni (up to seven years after graduation)). Our free service includes intensive and personal support and advice, qualification and support services in applying for financial aid (e.g. EXIST-Gründerstipendium). We also raise awareness of business succession as a possible career path.

The start-up service of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg is funded by the European Social Fund and the State of Brandenburg.
