Online Workshop for international students– Stress Management for Studies

This workshop helps you to identify sources of stress and to allocate your energy and time appropriately during your studies.

In addition to teaching you helpful tools for regulating emotions (e.g. fear or anger), we will practice relaxation techniques in small exercises that help with concentration.

The workshop will be held in German.

Since the training session is designed to be practical and interactive, your active participation in discussions, reflections and exercises is desired.
