Stress Management in studies - Online workshop for international students

This workshop will help you identify sources of stress and manage your energy and time appropriately during your studies.

In addition to learning about helpful tools for regulating emotions (e.g. anxiety or anger), we will practice relaxation techniques in small exercises to help us focus.

The workshop will be held in German by an experienced trainer.
