The BTU celebrates its 10th anniversary on July 1, 2023 in Cottbus

July 1, 2023 marks the tenth anniversary of the founding of the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU). This is a good occasion to celebrate together! All interested parties are welcome to join us at the Senftenberg campus on Saturday, July 8, 2023, when the motto will be: 10 years - We want to know!

Campus festivals for all are on the program. Laboratories, studios and lecture halls are open. The BTU offers hands-on science and a program that is as colorful as Cottbus, Senftenberg and Lusatia! There is something for everyone - news from research and development, student activities, games, sports, music and much more! Students, employees and partners of the university are creating an anniversary celebration that will whet your appetite for the future.

Our anniversary program at the Cottbus Central Campus starts at 2 pm.

A supporting program offers hands-on activities and science to marvel at. Many seminar rooms and laboratories will open their doors. In addition, the stage program Entertainment meets Sciencedance, song and science on the big stage. Daniel Friedrich (rbb | Antenne Brandenburg) will be the presenter. A children's and youth program includes excitement for young and old, but always with brains.
