Study orientation with "BTU-live" on 14 and 15 October 2025

BTU-live will be launched on 14 and 15 October 2025: at Campus Senftenberg and at the main campus in Cottbus. It is aimed at pupils from Year 11 onwards who want to find out today about the opportunities offered by a degree programme. The tailor-made programme is designed to make it easier to find the right study programme and bring studying to life. In addition to lots of information, the programme includes simply sitting in on regular lectures or talking to students about their studies and student life.

Registration is possible online until Monday, 13 October 2025

The Bachelor's degree programmes at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg will be presented in detail. Study conditions and campus tours will provide an insight into the modern facilities in laboratories, studios, sports and residential facilities and canteens. Highlights such as "Controlling robotic dogs", "Hands-on machine elements" and a "Workshop to create a medical orthosis" give an impression of the practical side of studying at BTU. Information on application processes, semesters abroad, scholarships and funding opportunities are of course also included. Pupils can find out what student life is like in real life by talking to students or attending regular lectures.
