BTU presents itself at the Formnext trade fair
In addition to innovative 3D printers for industrial use,
- the most suitable materials for your application,
- automation solutions,
- softwarethat supports the design, planning or production process, for example, as well as
- technologies for post-processing, are also available.post-processingor also thequality control
will be represented.
The subject areas of the trade fair offer excellent opportunities to place BTU topics on the joint stand of the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region under the responsibility of Berlin Partner for Business and Technology GmbH.
The research area "New Manufacturing Technologies for Components and Systems of Decentralised Energy Technology - Spree Tec neXt" with the participation of the Polymer-based Lightweight Construction and Joining and Welding Technology chairs will be presenting itself at Formnext 2024.
The focus will be on the latest research results on metal and plastic-based additive manufacturing processes, for example rapid tooling, manufacturing processes for tool and mould making, the development of materials, laser beam and arc-based manufacturing of components for hydrogen technology and repair concepts for energy technology components.
In addition to the performance of the manufacturing technologies themselves, end-to-end digitalisation and design strategies will be presented, from material development to the finished component.
A visit to the trade fair opens up the prospect of establishing and developing further new specialist contacts, networks and opportunities for cooperation for the current research project or further joint projects.
