Until 31 August 2026, entrepreneurs, innovators, start-ups, start-up teams and innovative projects from the Lusatia region of Saxony and Brandenburg can submit applications to take part in the STAR*PARADE free of charge. We are looking for creative business ideas, technological innovations and forward-looking solutions across eight categories.

In this interactive talk, we’ll explore why diversity strengthens organisations, why our brains nevertheless often lead us to think in stereotypes, and how our biases towards others play out in everyday university and working life.
