For students

The BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg works to ensure that you can also study successfully during pregnancy, parenthood and in the care of relatives in need of care. This is taken into account in the study and examination regulations, insofar as the legal framework permits.

Advice offers

The Central Student Advisory Service beratung, the subject advisors for the respective degree programs and the Student Secretariat provide advice to student parents. The compatibility of family and study is taken into account individually. The Studentenwerk Frankfurt (Oder) offers help and information to deal with difficulties and problems in the service area in Cottbus. You can find further advice in the office of the Equal Opportunities Officer and through the  Student Council.
