Topic: LEGAL BETWEEN COMPLIANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY

Compliance and sustainability issues are gaining more and more practical importance for companies in their day-to-day operations: It's all about tough legal requirements with the threat of sanctions, and by no means about a mere corporate image anymore.

This year's Media Law Day makes a concise selection of topics on this subject. The officers will explain the legal framework with practical examples. How can a company determine whether and how well it is positioned in terms of compliance, the observance of legal and other normative requirements? What should the company do in the event of an obvious serious compliance violation? Using environmental law as an example, the Media Law Day will show that Environmental Social Governance (ESG) already places high demands on the company.
