Public procurement law

The seminar will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the structure of European and national public procurement law. In addition, the participants have the opportunity to address and deepen individual questions relevant to practice. The theoretical knowledge imparted will be deepened by working on cases from practice. The seminar takes place online.

Target group and admission requirements

The seminar is aimed at lawyers, economists and engineers as well as employees in public administration and persons entrusted with procurement/awarding.

6 dates with a total of 30 teaching units in presence at the main campus in Cottbus

plus self-study time.

The continuing education takes place in presence at the main campus in Cottbus.

The participants receive access to our learning platform Moodle, where the teaching materials are stored and networking and exchange with the participants is possible.

In order to receive the university certificate, a written performance record in the form of a 60-minute written exam must be submitted.
In case of successful participation, this continuing education includes 3 credits / ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), which we certify on the certificate for later crediting.

In the case of participation without a certificate of achievement, we will issue a confirmation of participation.
