Individual coaching for managers

You are an executive at our university and have leadership responsibility in addition to your diverse work duties. It is a prerequisite that you master all requirements well, always have a solution ready, make decisions confidently and correctly, always have goals and ways to reach them in mind, motivate yourself and others, manage changes and take your team along with you and develop it further. Do you sometimes feel the need to talk to a neutral person about all these challenges?

We would like to offer you some support in your leadership role. One-to-one coaching can help you to observe and recognize yourself, to develop new options for action and thus to cope well with upcoming probationary situations. With a coach specially selected for you, we will prepare a suitable offer for you. During a first exchange, the framework and a possible procedure will be discussed. Appropriate financing will be examined.
