The aim of the working group is to anchor higher education for sustainable development in the awareness of all university members in the long term. To this end, we organize cross-university activities such as the anchoring of sustainability in mission statements and curricula as well as the development of continuing education programs.
The working group has the vision of developing Brandenburg as a location for diverse sustainability studies. Through the statewide implementation of the Brandenburg Higher Education Contracts 2019-23, we also contribute to the implementation of Goal 4.1 of the Brandenburg Sustainability Strategy.
The WG is composed of representatives from the eight state universities in Brandenburg and is supported by the Coordination Office through accompanying research and organizational work.
An advanced training offer for all teachers of the participating universities in the state of Brandenburg for sustainability-oriented teaching was developed in cooperation with the Netzwerk Studienqualität Brandenburg (sqb).
At E-Learning Brandenburg - eBB" network the media didactics and e-learning contact persons of the universities work together in order to inform each other about current topics and challenges in the fields of work and in the state of Brandenburg. Common challenges are also solved jointly, such as the cooperative qualification of student e-learning consultants (QELB).
The aim of the network is to exchange experiences, to work out solutions and to identify upcoming challenges. eBB is an informal and self-organized context that has emerged from the need for networking and exchange.

From the University of Bremen:
Teachers who want to use digital formats in their teaching are confronted with numerous copyright issues. However, copyright is a complex matter and rules of thumb do not always help. In order to support teachers in the legally secure use of copyrighted materials, the decision support tool Copyright at the University of Bremen was developed as part of the project konstruktiv.
Here you can find more information about it.
