Study

In the course of studies, urban water management is historically assigned to civil engineering, because knowledge of statics, civil engineering and structural engineering with different building materials as well as experience in construction chemistry are indispensable for the planning and construction of water management plants. The course also provides a basic understanding of process engineering in order to identify and successfully solve problems in construction and operation. In internships, study projects and practice-oriented theses accompanying the lectures or in the cooperation on research projects the learned engineering methods can be applied and complex engineering tasks can be worked on independently and successfully.
