Sustainable management

Dr. Katharina Reuter, executive director of the German Sustainable Business Association, will speak on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, 2 - 3 p.m. about sustainable succession planning for or with employees during generational transitions.

On the topic of "Sustainable business - what opportunities & challenges does the future hold?", Dr. Katharina Reuter, Managing Director of the German Association for Sustainable Business, will provide insights into the future of a sustainable business world. For a sustainable strategy, it is not enough to use fewer resources, such as water, electricity or plastic, but sustainability must be anchored as a vision in the company's goals and corresponding measures must be developed. How a culture of sustainability can look like in companies and especially in business succession will be highlighted at this event.

Date: Tuesday, December 6, 2022, 2 - 3 p.m.

Location: the event will take place online, access to the Webex room is free.

Dr. Katharina Reuter says: "I firmly believe that economic efficiency, social responsibility and environmental protection can go hand in hand. Business models that are harmful to the environment must simply no longer be profitable, then sustainable approaches will actually flourish," and adds "I believe that the framework conditions are good for investing in sustainable orientation, particularly in the case of company succession. It's the perfect moment to change."
