The aim of the project is to describe criteria for learning on the job or in practice for training companies and institutions and to bring these into a current and sustainable competence overview. Thus, an up-to-date and superordinate professional profile for trainers in practice is to be created. For the practical implementation in the institutions, a specially developed web app is offered, which allows to create personalized learning programs and to visualize their progress.

The results of the project are aimed directly at training companies, trainers in professional practice and teachers in vocational training institutions. Trainees and students in vocational practice are indirectly considered by increasing the quality of teaching.

The 21st century coaching project is a Europe-wide cooperative research project issued and financed by Erasmus+. A total of seven partner organizations from six countries are involved.
