MoVeToLausitz -Mobility support using data-based traffic control for touristic mobility in Lusatia
The aim of the research project "MoVeToLausitz - Mobility support using data-based traffic control for touristic mobility in Lusatia" is to develop sustainable perspectives for digital traffic technologies in rural areas and to identify corresponding potentials. The result of the project is a concept for a more sustainable mobility development in which alternatives to car traffic in the region are developed. The joint project with several BTU-internal and external partners is funded by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport as part of the mFUND innovation initiative.

opt-E-cert - Optimization for Emission and Certification
The aim of the project "opt-E-cert" is to speed up the computation of consumption and emission values within the framework of the WLTP standard. It is funded as part of a cooperation project of the Central Innovation Program for SMEs of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The partner is the InMediasP GmbH from Hennigsdorf.

RESY - Route-based energy-efficient control of hybrid vehicles
In this project, the mutual consideration of the three components navigation - motor control - driver behavior is to enable significantly more energy-efficient, individual driving. This project is a cooperation with the chairs Optimization and Applied Mathematics of the BTU in collaboration with TomTom, iav and Wankel Supertec. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Education and Research within the program Mathematics for Innovations in Industry and Services.

WAVEE - Enabling Effective Safeguarding of Variant-Rich Products
In this cooperative project, methods for enumeration, weighting and error analysis of the configuration space of variant-rich products are developed based on methods of graph theory and discrete optimization. This project is a collaboration with InMediasP GmbH and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

Optimization and network-wide analysis of traffic signal control systems
This project aims to interactively improve the theoretical and practical understanding of inner-city traffic influenced by traffic signals. It is carried out as a joint project with the Chair of Transport Systems Planning and Transport Telematic of the Institute of Land and Sea Transport Systems at the TU Berlin. The project is funded by the DFG.
