Ph.D. Dmitry Palekhov

Dmitry Palekhov was born 1981 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. He graduated in Environmental and Resource Management with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) at BTU Cottbus (2000-2003) and studied law at the National Mining University, Dnepropetrovsk (1998-2003) which he graduated with the Master of Laws (LL.M). He is a scientific researcher, doctoral student and lecturer at the Chair of Environmental Planning at Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus.
