The Department’s Participation in the VHB Conference in Göttingen

In March, the conference of the Verband der Hochschullehrerinnen und Hochschullehrer e. V. (VHB) took place in Göttingen.

In March, the conference of the Verband der Hochschullehrerinnen und Hochschullehrer e. V. (VHB) took place in Göttingen. During a session of the Scientific Commission on Organization, Sophia Bittner-Zähr presented her paper, co-authored with Marie Tallarek, on collective emotions in the context of childbirth. In addition, Prof. Alexander Martin presented a joint research proposal with Sophia Bittner-Zähr titled “So, Are We Going to Build Tanks Now!? Identity and Emotions in Organizational Transformation Processes: The Individual Caught Between Multiple Expectations.”

The Graduate Research School at BTU funded Sophia Bittner-Zähr’s participation in the conference.
