Resistance as a resource: EUNICE research project at BTU Posterflash

On 11 November 2026, Jonas Betz will represent the Chair of General Business Administration, in particular Aspects of Organisation and Organisation and Corporate Governance, as well as the EUNICE Student Research Club ‘Resistance to Change’, at the Poster Flash event organised by BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.

As part of the event, he will present the poster entitled ‘Resistance as a Resource for the Co-Construction of Change’. The poster presents the results of a pilot experiment conducted in collaboration with Fenja Reinsberg from Karlstad University and Ivana Hudáková from the University of Vaasa. It focuses on the question of how critical reactions and objections can contribute to the joint further development of change initiatives. The team investigated how resistance can be translated into concrete suggestions for improvement and how participation in this process relates to attitudes towards change.

The poster flash will take place as part of Research Day and the BTU Transfer Day. In two-minute short presentations, early-career researchers will provide insights into their projects.
