Successful Exchange at TU Dresden – 2nd Meeting of the GRS Council

On 11 April 2025, the members of the GRS Council met at the Technische Universität Dresden to discuss future strategies for the Graduate Research School's further development.

The second meeting of the GRS Council took place at the Technical University of Dresden. The GRS Council supports the Vice President for Research and Transfer of BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg in developing the Graduate Research School (GRS). The first meeting took place at BTU in November 2024.

Prof. Dr. Ronald Tetzlaff, Chief Officer Technology Transfer and International­ization and member of the GRS Council, kindly hosted the meeting at his university. The members of the GRS Council had exciting discussions about future strategies and initiatives that are crucial for the continuous improvement of the Graduate Research School.

During this meeting, Prof. Dr. Michael Huebner, Prof. Dr. Ronald Tetzlaff, Prof. Dr. Günther Tränkle (formerly FBH Berlin), Dr Birte Seffert (GSO Berlin), and Robert Rode intensively discussed GRS's current and planned funding initiatives. The insights and suggestions gathered will inform future support for young researchers at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg.
