Founder, mentor & mother: Dr Julia Korensky from TripLeap

As part of our EXIST Women 2025 programme, we are delighted to welcome Dr Julia Korensky as a mentor. Julia is not only the founder of the innovative educational platform TripLeap, but also a mother - and combines her diverse roles with remarkable passion and clarity.

With TripLeap, Julia brings playful education into motion: interactive city and nature rallies for children, where learning becomes an adventure. She also draws her motivation from her own everyday family life - as a mother, she knows how important it is for children to have meaningful leisure activities that fund a spirit of discovery, knowledge and community.

As a mentor in the EXIST-Women programme, Julia passes on her valuable experience from founding a company, science and parenthood. She accompanies prospective female founders with empathy, smart impulses and a real understanding of the challenges that women have to overcome when founding a company - especially when combining family and entrepreneurship.
