Within the framework of a cultural evening, 34 Ukrainian guest students would like to introduce their culture.

Minister of Science Dr. Manja Schüle hands over the grant to the BTU's new Energy Innovation Center (EIZ). More than 90 scientists from 14 disciplines are researching the effective and efficient energy supply of the future together with more than 40 partner institutions.

The extension agreement was signed on the occasion of the EUNICE General Assembly at the Spanish partner university in Santander. In addition to BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, nine universities now belong to the European Alliance.

Through the DAAD programme RISE Germany, students and doctoral candidates from all over the world can come to Germany for an internship at a university. The students Samihan and Fiona came to Cottbus from the USA. They talk about their internship and why they chose the BTU. Emilia Pożarowska appreciates the advantages of RISE for mentors.

The seven universities in the EUNICE higher education alliance, including BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg, have taken numerous measures to help the people from Ukraine.

EUNICE, the European University for Customised Education, has for the first time set up a wide range of language courses open to all students, lecturers and staff of the alliance.
