Pro Track
Didactically, the study programme is characterised by a project- and practice-based ProTrack, which begins in the fourth semester, continues in the fifth semester and takes up the entire sixth semester. In the planned Master's study programme in Medical Informatics, this ProTrack will be continued throughout the four semesters. In particular, students will have the opportunity to work on a topic over several semesters. This project- and practice-based part of the programme is intended to enable students to work independently on scientific issues at an early stage, adapted to their respective level of performance. This work is continued in progressive depth until the end of the consecutive study programme. As a result, students are introduced to scientific issues at an early stage and are able to present a demanding, coherent scientific thesis at the end of their degree programme.
