Apply now for the start of studies for the summer semester 2023

In addition to 18 master's degree programs, applications are also possible for the two bachelor's degree programs in Business Mathematics and Digital Society as well as for the certificate program in Artistic Training for Instruments and Singing. Applications as a university transfer student for a higher semester are accepted for the entire range of degree programs offered at BTU.

Overview of all degree programs starting in the summer semester

Prospective students with a German university entrance qualification can apply via the university's own myBTU portal, while those with a foreign university entrance qualification can apply via the uni-assist work and service center. This is an institution supported by around 170 universities in Germany for the preliminary examination of international student applications.

BTU also offers its students a variety of opportunities to go abroad during their studies, for which various exchange programs and funding opportunities are available. Until February 1, 2023, it is possible to apply for a stay abroad at one of the BTU's partner universities for the academic year 2023/24.

Top marks and top rankings were achieved by study programs at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg in the renowned Germany-wide master's ranking published by the Center for Higher Education Development (CHE) on November 21, 2022. The BTU's master's degree programs in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and civil engineering scored particularly well here.
