We offer you the opportunity to use foreign languages outside of language classes and to continue learning independently. You can also make new contacts in the process.
Moodle-BTU is available to all BTU faculty and students. The learning management platform offers numerous possibilities for the digital enrichment of university teaching, from the distribution of teaching materials and electronic tests to the motivation/activation of students.
All communication within the framework of the courses takes place via the online portal Moodle. The current assignments and downloads are also made available there. Therefore, please log in to Moodle in your respective language course to receive all relevant information, learning materials and access to online sessions and tests.
Are you looking for a language course and don't know which level (e.g. A2.1, B2.2 or C1.1) to register for?
Then the self-assessment grids for competence levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) provide a good initial orientation. Select the grid for your target language (e.g. German, English or French) and create your own competence profile along the 34 scales for listening, reading, spoken interaction, spoken production and writing activities. Language learning made easy in our new tandem course!
Tandem: Two people talk to each other and improve their language skills.
You meet 15 times for one hour to chat about entertaining topics of your choice, develop your fluency and learn from each other. Come to our workshop and join in the fun! BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg employees are also welcome.
