In learning tidbits, participants deal with innovation culture and its importance as a competitive factor, to support the positioning of your future-proof companies. The participants are qualified in essential aspects of innovation management, such as the initiation of innovation projects, the generation of innovative ideas with design thinking as well as their selection and evaluation up to the planning and implementation of innovation projects.
