POKONYWANIE GRANIC - UCZYMY SIĘ OD SIEBIE NAWZAJEM ZMIANY STRUKTURALNE W REGIONACH PRZYGRANICZNYCH

From October 19 to 21, 2022 the meeting of Polish and German students took place in Cottbus to initiate a cross-border meeting platform in the framework of the German-Polish study programme Social Work and the guest study programme KNOWLEDGE FOR ALL of BTU Cottbus Senftenberg for students and guest students (senior:innen) of the Universities BTU Cottbus Senftenberg and Jakub's Academy from Paradyż in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

W dniach 19-21 października 2022 r. odbędzie sie spotkanie polskich i niemieckich studentów w Cottbus, które zainicjuje transgraniczną platformę spotkań w ramach polsko-niemieckiego programu studiów na kierunku Praca Socjalna oraz gościnnego programu studenckiego "WISSEN FÜR ALLE" dla studentów i studentów gościnnych (senioròw) uczelni BTU Cottbus Senftenberg i Akademii im. Jakuba z Paradyża w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim.

TheCottbus City Museumand the City Archives are the historical memory of our city. The head of the city historical collections, Steffen Krestin, provides insights into important periods of development and addresses the modern era of the city's history.

  • Dissen-Striesow

In the Dissen-Striesow Museum of Local History, you will experience an exhibition on the way of life of the Sorbian/Wendish rural population. The exhibition draws pictures of the hard work in the fields, the former life of the children, but also of festivals, celebrations and the many living customs.

The Cottbus theater owes its construction to the wishes of its citizens. On November 1, 1905, the city council decided to build a new city theater in the Art Nouveau style. In 1992, the Cottbus Municipal Theater became the property of the state and thus the only state theater in the state of Brandenburg.

The Information, Communication and Media Centre (IKMZ) is a central institution of the BTU Cottbus - Senftenberg, in which the structural areas of information, communication and media supply of the university are combined under a common management. The mission of the IKMZ is the efficient and user-friendly supply of research, teaching, studies and administration through the following areas:

At the same time, the IKMZ has a coordinating role for the university in these areas.
