AmyloGraph: a database of interactions between amyloid proteins

Dementia and many neurodegenerative diseases are not yet curable, but the courses can be treated - the earlier the diagnosis is made, the more successfully.

The "NeuroMir" research alliance is developing a test system that will for the first time enable antibody-based detection based on the blood sample. As part of the project, Prof. Dr. Michał Burdukiewicz from the Center for Clinical Research at the Medical University of Białystok will present on bioinformatics methods for studying the structure and functions of peptides and proteins. His main interests are amyloids and antimicrobial and anticancer peptides and proteomics data. The presentation will be in English.

Prof. Dr. Michał Burdukiewicz, Medical University of Białystok.
