Publication and closure

If you have passed the doctoral examination, you are obliged to make the dissertation available to the scientific public in an appropriate manner by copying and publishing it within the period set by the doctoral committee, but no later than one year after the disputation.

The dissertation is made available to the scientific public in an appropriate manner if the doctoral candidate has made the approved version available to the university library free of charge.

After delivery of the deposit copies, a doctoral certificate will be issued and handed over to you by the dean. The doctoral procedure ends on the day the certificate is handed over.
