In order to have courses in this subject area credited, an informal application must be submitted with the following information:

• Completed form for crediting examination results
• In addition, a description of any overlaps with the content of our modules. Please submit the published module description of the modules completed elsewhere.
• Are there any other applications for credit for examination achievements at other departments, or have applications already been approved that relate to these examination achievements? If so, please enclose the applications so that it is clear what these courses have been credited for. You must inform me informally but in writing of how the achievements have already been credited.
