Interactions between knowledge management and organisational sustainability:

Transformational leadership as a mediating variable

This quantitative study investigates the relationship between specific aspects of knowledge management practices and organisational sustainability under the mediation of transformational leadership. Knowledge management is not understood as an outcome, but as a starting point that enables theoretical insights and practical implications. The aim is to understand how effective knowledge management - under the guidance of transformational leadership - contributes to the sustainability of an organisation.
