International profile of BTU

In order to further expand its strategic focus on internationalisation, the BTU Cottbus–Senftenberg is a member of various university networks collaborating and running projects, raising its international profile.

With its Internationalisation Strategy 2024-2030, the BTU is continuing its successful internationalisation plans from the past recent years, formulating new priorities and defining innovative goals and measures.

The paper on the internationalisation strategy of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg was developed in a participatory process in which the university's International Advisory Board played a prominent role. In May 2024, the strategy paper was unanimously approved by the university senate and is currently being prepared for publication.
