Energy System Lausitz Science Park

They showed how the energy system can work, which requirements must be met and gave insights into the structure of the Brainergy Park.

The inspiring keynotes were followed by two thematic discussion rounds:

• How can the success story of the energy system be transferred to the LSP?
• How can the Brainergy speed be applied in the LSP and what are the effects of collaboration and unrestricted trust?

Representatives of the City of Cottbus, Stadtwerke Cottbus GmbH, Cottbus Economic Development Agency, Fraunhofer IEG and BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg were invited to the workshop and enriched the discussion with their diverse perspectives.

In both rounds, ideas were exchanged intensively and new perspectives for the development of a sustainable energy system in the Lausitz Science Park were developed.
