  • Master studies in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics at the TU-Berlin with M. Sc. degree.
  • since 01. 01. 2012 at BTU Cottbus, Chair of Microelectronics
  • received her doctorate on 10. 07. 2017 on the topic "Design and Analysis of Integrated CMOS High Voltage Drivers in Low-Voltage Technologies"; and received the award for her work "Best Dissertation of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg 2017";

Tasks in the specialist area

  • Research within the framework of the DFG-funded project "Analysis and design of integrated CMOS high-voltage electronics in low-voltage technologies"
  • Preparation and execution of laboratories (circuit design 1 & 2)
