Last week, there was an arson attack in Cottbus on the “Zelle 79” housing project, which put people’s lives at risk. That same night, an arson attack was carried out on the Chekov youth club, and the following night, the windows of the community center “Der grüne Laden” were smashed and a rainbow flag was stolen.

We would like to express our solidarity with Prof. Dr. Christina Brüning, professor of history didactics at the University of Marburg, and her colleagues. We are appalled by the far-right attacks and threats that these colleagues are facing.
