Joint research for the climate-neutral aviation of the future

The Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre (UTC) at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. It was the first German UTC to be founded in 2005 and is part of an international network for cutting-edge engineering research that links Rolls-Royce with leading universities worldwide.

BTU STEM women's scholarships for a further nine female students

The Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU) has awarded the MINT Women's Scholarship for the fourth time in a row. Nine young women who have started a STEM study programme can look forward to a monthly grant of 250 euros over nine months and intensive support during their first career steps.

Prof. Dr Götz Seibold, Dean and Chair of Computational Physics, will speak about this year's Nobel Prize in Physics on 5 November 2025 at 5:30 pm as part of the public lecture series "MINT am Mittwoch" of the Faculty of MINT, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at BTU's main campus in Cottbus.
