BTU film contributions in the program of the Lusatian Film Show

At the Lausitzer Filmschau, which traditionally kicks off the FilmFestival Cottbus, two short films will be shown this year that were created in the intensive German course for BTU guest students with a refugee background, "Fit für den Campus! The Ukrainian "filmmakers," who have been learning German at the BTU Language Center since July 2022, took up very different themes in their contributions. While in Der Ersatz with a strict teacher and a too difficult test still relatively harmless problems are represented, the guest students in the second film with the title 24 February processed their experiences on the day of the outbreak of war in Ukraine. The film screening will take place on Nov. 7, 2022 at 7 p.m. at the Filmtheater Weltspiegel Cottbus.
