Lusatian experts research the intelligent maintenance of trains

The Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU), Deutsche Bahn and the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems (IKTS) are working with other partners to research AI and sensor technology for rail vehicles. Federal Minister of Transport Dr. Volker Wissing presented funding decisions at InnoTrans on 24 September 2024.

BTU doctoral candidate wins the "2024 AOM Best Student Paper Award" at the world's most important management conference

Andreas Salmen, doctoral candidate at the chair of ABWL, in particular Empirical Business Research and Transformation at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU), was awarded the "2024 AOM Best Student Conference Paper Award" by the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management (AOM) together with his supervisor Prof. Dr. Diemo Urbig.
